CINE RESEARCH

A team of CINE members and a collaborator from Canada developed computational models that make it possible to carry out important studies to optimize the performance of sodium-ion batteries. With these simulations, the researchers were able to understand the transport mechanisms of sodium ions in ionic liquids, that can be used as electrolytes.
