CINE Talks are back! This series of online seminars given by CINE researchers on their research topics promoted sixteen lectures between 2021 and 2022. For 2025, twelve seminars are scheduled between June 27 and December 12. All lectures will be given by young researchers (postdoctoral fellows) from CINE’s four current research divisions.

The main objective of CINE Talks is to promote the exchange of scientific knowledge among the center’s researchers, strengthening interdisciplinary dialogue and fostering internal collaborations. “We hope that this series of seminars will contribute to the strategic alignment of the research developed at CINE,” says Professor Juarez L. F. Da Silva (IQSC-USP), Coordinator of Education and Dissemination of Knowledge. In addition, the seminars aim to disseminate the progress of the center’s different projects, both among its members and in the scientific community in general.

For the early-career scientists who present the seminars, CINE Talks are a space for development, maturity and visibility. “The experience of sharing results in a multidisciplinary environment contributes to the improvement of essential skills in a scientific career, such as the ability to synthesize, argue and articulate ideas,” says Juarez.

In the first seminar of the series, Dyovani Coelho, a postdoctoral fellow at UFSCar, member of the Green Hydrogen division at CINE, will address essential scientific concepts for the development of catalysts.

All CINE members will receive an email invitation to register for each event. People from the external scientific community who wish to participate in the events should contact us at contato@cine.org.br.
