Five CINE researchers are included in a ranking that presents the best scientists in Brazil in each area of \u200b\u200bknowledge, according to their productivity and scientific impact.<\/p>\n

Prepared by the international platform Research.com, this ranking is based on the D index (Discipline H-index<\/em>), which considers the number of publications and citations of a researcher in a given discipline. To prepare the ranking, the platform collected bibliometric data from several sources in November 2024, including OpenAlex and CrossRef.<\/p>\n

In the area of \u200b\u200bMaterials Science, Edson Leite (UFSCar and LNNano-CNPEM) is in 4th place, Caue Ribeiro (Embrapa) is in 26th place, Ana Fl\u00e1via Nogueira (Unicamp) is in 42nd place and Ernesto C. Pereira (UFSCar) is in 61st place. In the area of \u200b\u200bChemistry, Caue Ribeiro is in 65th place, Ana Fl\u00e1via Nogueira is in 94th place and Juarez L. F. Da Silva (IQSC-USP) is in 103rd place.<\/p>\n
